冷应激对后备蛋鸭生长的影响及微量元素硒对其作用

【摘要】 试验旨在研究低温和硒对育成期(12~16周龄)笼养后备蛋鸭的机体抗氧化能力及生化指标的影响。选取12周龄金定鸭144只,采用2因素(温度×硒)交互试验设计,随机分配到低温(2±1)℃和适温(18±1)℃下的3个硒处理组(添加硒0.15、0.30和0.45 mg/kg)中,每个处理6个重复,每个重复4只试鸭。结果表明:温度对蛋鸭丙二醛(MDA)含量、球蛋白(GLB)含量、白蛋白与球蛋白比(A/G)的影响显著(P<0.05),对总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)、总蛋白(TP)含量的影响没有达到显著水平(P>0.05);硒对谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活性、尿酸(URIC)含量的影响显著(P<0.05),对白蛋白(ALB)、尿素氮含量(BUN)的影响没达到显著水平(P>0.05);硒与温度互作对丙二醛含量影响显著(P<0.05)。本试验条件下,添加0.30 mg/kg的硒能适度调节低温对激素水平的不利影响。

【Abstract】 The experiment was conducted to study the effects of low ambient temperature and the trace element selenium(Se) on antioxidant function and biochemical indices of caged replacement laying ducks aged from 12 to 16 weeks.Using interactive experimental design of two factors(temperature × Se),a total of 144 12-week-old Jinding laying-type ducks were randomly assigned to both low(2±1) ℃ and thermophilic(18±1) ℃ temperature,which both contained 3 groups(Se:0.15,0.30 and 0.45 mg/kg) with 6 replicates per group,and each replicate contained 4 ducks.The results were as follows: there were significant effects of temperature on malondialdehyde(MDA),globulin(GLB),albumin and globulin ratio(A/G)(P<0.05),but there were no significant effects on total antioxidant capacity(T-AOC) and total protein(TP)(P>0.05);the effects of Se on glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px) and uric acid(URIC) were significant(P<0.05),but the effects of Se on albumin(ALB) and blood urea nitrogen(BUN) did not reach the significant level(P>0.05);the interaction of Se and temperature significantly affected MDA(P<0.05).Under the experimental conditions,adding 0.30 mg/kg of Se can effectively regulate the adverse effects of hypothermia on the hormone levels.
