基于SPME技术的环境烟草烟气标志物的环境行为探究
Study On the Environmental Behave of Marks of Environment Tobacco Smoke Base on Solid Phase Micro Extraction(SPME)
【摘要】 利用1.8m3的烟雾箱,在对流通风、密闭以及单边通风的条件下,利用固相微萃取(SPME)技术对环境烟气(ETS)中的尼古丁、3-EP和2,5-二甲基呋喃等3种标志物在不同通风条件下的浓度变化进行分析.研究结果发现,在模拟门窗全开的对流通风条件下,烟气扩稀释、散速率最大,上述3种烟气标志物的寿命分别是1.31、1.5h和1.32h.而在模拟门窗全部关闭的密闭烟雾箱条件下,烟气的扩散、转化最慢,以上3种标志物的寿命分别达到3.52、7.18h和3.29h.但是无论是对流通风还是密闭条件下,经过8~10h的扩散、转化后,在烟雾箱内,上述3种标志物仍然存在一定的浓度,主要原因是烟雾箱的壁对烟气的吸附,然后再解吸附,将烟气成分释放出来,这也是"三手烟"的主要来源.比较3种烟气标志物,尼古丁在3种实验条件下的寿命均最长,说明尼古丁对环境的持续危害性最大.
【Abstract】 Based on Solid Phase Micro Extraction(SPME)technique,three indicators of environmental tobacco smoke(ETS),nicotine,3-ethenalpyridine and 2,5-dimethylfuran,were studied in a 1.8m3 smog chamber under different ventilation conditions.When the door and window of the chamber were opened,the lifetime of nicotine,3-ethenalpyridine and 2,5-dimethylfuran were 1.31,1.52 h and 1.32h respectively.Under the condition of closed door and window,the diffuse and convertion of ETS are lowest,and the lifetime of these three ETS indicators became 3.52,7.18h and 3.29h respectively.Either in opening or closing condition,nicotine,3-ethenalpyridine and 2,5-dimethylfuran in chamber can still be detected even after 8—10h diffusion and convention due to the adsorption and re-emission of the chamber wall.This is also the primary source of the so called"third hand smoke".Compared with 3-ethenalpyridine and 2,5-dimethylfuran,the nicotine existed for longest time under three different conditions,which indicates that the continuous harmful effect of nicotine to environment is most serious.
