【摘要】 目的 探讨腹腔镜下右半结肠癌切除术治疗的临床疗效。方法 回顾性分析2011年3月至2012年12月80例右半结肠癌(分为腹腔镜组和开腹组)临床病理资料,分析其手术安全性及临床疗效。结果 腹腔镜组手术时间、获取淋巴结数目和开腹手术无明显区别,腹腔镜组术中出血量少于开放组(P<0.05),术后首次肛门排气时间、恢复流质时间、术后住院天数都明显优于开腹组(P<0.05)。结论 腹腔镜下右半结肠癌切除术能获得和开放手术相同的根治效果,同时具有创伤小、出血少、术后恢复快等优点,临床上值得推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To compare the therapeutic effects between laparoscopic vs.open right hemicolectomy for right-side colon cancer.Methods A retrospective analysis of 80 patients with rightside colon cancer from March 2011 to December 2012 was performed.The patients were divided into laparoscopy group(including 40 patients receiving laparoscopic right hemicolectomy) and open group(including 40 patients receiving conventional open right hemicolectomy).The operative time,intraoperative blood loss,postoperative gastrointestinal recovery time,postoperative hospital stay,and postoperative complications were observed and compared between the two groups.Results The intraoperative blood loss,wound length,postoperative gastrointestinal recovery time,and postoperative hospital stay were decreased in laparoscopy group than in control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the number of dissected lymph nodes and the operative time between two group.In addition,there was no statistically significant difference in complication rate between the two groups. Conclusion The laparoscopic right hemicolectomy is safe and reliable in the treatment of right-side colon cancer with certain quick postoperative recovery.更多还原
