【摘要】 目的:总结分析大连市儿童医院开展用药咨询服务的案例,促进医院临床药学工作的发展。方法:收集整理2011年11月至2012年10月大连市儿童医院1 760例门诊药物咨询资料,从咨询内容和咨询药物种类两方面进行分析。结果:咨询内容以药物的用法用量最多(47.4%);咨询药物以抗感染药物比例最高(34.7%),其次是中成药(14.0%)。结论:开展药物咨询服务有利于医生、护士、患者和药师之间的沟通,有利于促进临床安全合理用药,是体现药师职责转变的具体措施。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To analyze and summarize cases of drug consultation service in Dalian Children’s Hospital,and to promote the development of clinical pharmacy.Methods: Data of 1,760 cases of drug consultation servicefor outpatients were collected,which were analyzed from two aspects,consulted questions and involved drugs.Results: The most common questions were about the correct dosage and administration of drugs(47.4%).The most common involved drugs were antibacterial drugs(34.7%),and Chinese patent medicine took second place(14%).Conclusions: As a practical implementation of pharmacist duty,drug consultation service is beneficial to the communication among pharmacists,physicians,nurses and patients,and ensures the drug safety.更多还原
