【摘要】 目的:建立重庆地区9～15岁青春发育期男性儿童血清抑制素B的参考范围。方法:收集在重庆医科大学附属儿童医院就诊的200例9～15岁男性儿童血清标本,测定其血清抑制素B的水平,按年龄分组进行分析,制定各年龄段参考范围。结果:9～15岁正常男性儿童各年龄段的血清抑制素B水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),合并后血清抑制素B水平为(339.61±121.69)pg/mL。结论:重庆地区9～15岁青春发育期男性儿童血清抑制素B参考范围为(339.61±121.69)pg/mL。由于影响因素较多,各实验室需建立自己的血清抑制素B参考范围。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To establish the reference range of serum inhibin B of 9 to 15 year-old male children in Chongqing.Methods: We collected 200 serum specimens from puberty boys from 9 to 15 year-old at Children’s Hospital of Chongqing Medical University.The concentrations of inhibin B were detected and the results were analyzed,make the reference range of every age group.Results: There were no statistically significant differences in any group(P>0.05),so we merged them together.The concentration of serum inhibin B of normal puberty boy was(339.61±121.69)pg/mL,which was different from other reports.Conclusions: The reference range of serum inhibin B of 9 to 15 year-old male children is(339.61±121.69)pg/mL.The laboratories need to establish the reference range by themselves for the reason that there are a lot of influencing factors on inhibin B.更多还原
