【摘要】 目的探讨青光眼术后滤过泡包囊的预防及治疗方法。方法选取32例焦作市人民医院收治的青光眼患者,将其随机分为治疗组和对照组。对照组16例(20眼)患者给予青光眼滤过手术治疗,治疗组16例(19眼)患者在手术治疗的同时应用丝裂霉素进行治疗。观察两组患者治疗后眼部滤过泡的形态及功能是否正常,对出现滤过泡功能有误的患者再次进行治疗。结果治疗组患者术后出现滤过泡包囊发生率(15.79%)明显低于对照组(40.00%),术后出现瘢痕化滤过泡发生率(5.26%)明显低于对照组(10.00%),治疗手法总有效率(78.95%)高于对照组(50.00%),差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论治疗后滤过泡包囊发生率相对较高,在滤过手术中应用丝裂霉素降低了滤过泡包囊的发生几率,治疗手法很多种,但最有效的方法还有待进一步研究。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the prevention and treatment of filtering bleb cyst after glaucoma surgery. Methods Thirty-two glaucoma patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. Sixteen( 20 eyes) patients in control group were treated by glaucoma filtering surgery and 16( 19 eyes) patients in treatment group were given mitomycin besides the glacoma filtering surgery. The patients’ eye filtering bleb shapes and functions of the two groups after they received different treatments were observed,these patients whose filtering bleb function was abnormal were treated once again.
