【摘要】 目的观察替吉奥联合多西他赛治疗晚期胃癌患者的疗效和不良反应。方法选择23例经病理学或细胞学确诊的晚期胃癌患者,给予替吉奥胶囊70 mg/(m2.d),分2次餐后口服,第1～14天;多西他赛75 mg/m2,静脉滴注。3周重复为1个周期,至少完成2个周期后评价有效率、不良反应等。结果 23例患者中,完全缓解1例,占4.3%;部分缓解9例,占39.1%;疾病稳定8例,占34.8%;疾病进展5例,占21.7%。不良反应主要为白细胞减少、疲乏、消化道反应、食欲减退等,均可耐受。结论替吉奥联合多西他赛治疗晚期胃癌患者疗效确切,不良反应较轻,患者耐受性较好。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the clinical efficacy and adverse effects of S1 combined with docetaxel in treating advanced gastric cancer.Methods Twenty-three patients with advanced gastric cancer diagnosed by pathology or cytology were selected.All patients were treated with S1 and docetaxel.Patients received more than 2 cycles of chemotherapy.S1 70 mg/(m2·d),d1-d14,docetaxel 75 mg/m2 infusion,d1.Three weeks as a circle.The short term efficacy and adverse effects were evaluated after chemotherapy.Results Among the 23 patients,there was 1 case(4.3%) of CR,9 cases(39.1%) of PR,8 cases(34.8%) of SD and 5 cases(21.7%) of PD.The main adverse effects were leukopenia,fatigued,gastrointestinal reaction and anorexia,but that were tolerable.Conclusion S1 combined with docetaxel is effective,safe and well tolerable in the treatment of advanced gastric cancer.更多还原
