【Abstract】 This paper focuses on feature extraction techniques from lithium battery film defect image.The defect is divided into bright scratches,dark scratches,Leakage foil,air bubble,feculency and pinhole,the defect geometric feature,projection feature and texture feature analysis of the defect image are analyzed and robust defect feature is choosen by choosing different parameters.更多还原
