鄂尔多斯沉积型方沸石的晶体结构分析
Crystal Structure Solution from X-ray Powder Diffraction Data of Deposition Analcite,Erdos,China
【摘要】 根据电子探针成分分析结果,按阴离子O的数量为12,将多余的二氧化硅以硅的水化物形式(Si·nH2O)占据钠原子的位置,计算出鄂尔多斯沉积型方沸石的分子式为:[Na0.93Ca0.01(Si·nH2O)0.23][Al1.87Si4.13O12]·2H2O,理想分子式为:[Na(Si·nH2O)0.25][AlSi2O6]2·2H2O。借助实验室常规X射线粉末衍射仪收集粉末衍射数据,用从头晶体结构测定法确定单位晶胞内所有独立原子坐标位置,通过Rietveld方法精修,收敛到Rp=0.051 4,Rwp=0.076,Rexp=0.027 82,χ2=7.455。矿物属于等轴晶系,空间群Ia3d;晶胞参数:a=b=c=1.369 04(7)nm,α=β=γ=90°,V=2.565 9(4)nm3;Z=8。成分与晶体结构分析表明:在鄂尔多斯方沸石晶体结构中,硅有2种不同的存在形式,一种分布在硅氧四面体骨架中的硅,硅和铝占据等效点系的48g位置,在四面体中呈完全无序的状态分布;另一种位于硅氧骨架形成的四元环孔道中,以硅的水化物形式(Si·nH2O)存在。
【Abstract】 According to the results of electron micro-probe analysis,the empirical formula of deposition analcite,Erdos is[Na0.93Ca0.01(Si·nH2O)0.23][Al1.87Si4.13O12]·2H2O,with the simplified formula being[Na(Si·nH2O)0.25][AlSi2O6]2·2H2O.X-ray powder diffraction studies show that analcite crystallizes in the cubic system,space group Ia3dwith unit cell parameters a=b=c=1.369 04(7)nm,α=β=γ=90°,V=2.565 9(4)nm3;Z=8.The Rietveld refinement of the data set converge to Rp=0.051 4,Rwp=0.076,Rexp=0.027 82,χ2=7.455.The silicon has two forms in the Erdos analcite crystal structure,one is distributed in(Si,Al)O4tetrahedron,with a random distribution of 32silicon and 16aluminum atoms on the 48g positions,another is located in rings of four tetrahedral,existence of hydrates of silicon(Si·nH2O).
