【Abstract】 Guangxi secondary(vocational) League as the cradle of Guangxi Youth League played a crucial role in the development and nurturing of the Communist Youth League. Its work is often directly affect the formation of the Youth League life and values, and relates to the qualified builders and reliable successors of socialism with Chinese characteristics. With the changes in the new situation, the working methods and training mode of Guangxi secondary(vocational) League with most regions, can’t fully meet the development requirements of the times, exposed to all sorts of problems and shortcomings, and faced unprecedented challenges.
