【Abstract】 Under the circumstance of establishing "two-oriented society" in Changsha,Zhuzhou and Xiangtan,it’s of important practical significance to strengthen teaching staff’s venture education construction in vocational colleges.The following measures should be taken to improve the teaching quality: venture education management institutions should be created to improve the management system;training of teachers should be strengthened to improve the professional quality of teachers;base of "integration of industry,learning and research" should be established to exercise practical skills of teachers;qualified young teachers should be encouraged to take ventures.更多还原
