脊波导双模双工器的研制

【摘要】 提出了一种新颖的正十字交叉脊谐振器结构,并利用其产生的准TEM简并模式,设计了一款单双模混合的脊波导双工器,两个通道的滤波器中心频率分别为10 GHz和10.5 GHz,带宽均为240 MHz,用HFSS进行仿真,最后对该双工器进行了加工测试。结果表明,通带内回波损耗在17 dB左右,插损小于1.2 dB,隔离度大于60dB,达到了设计要求。

【Abstract】 A novel decussation structure of a ridge resonator was proposed, and a single-dual mode mixed ridge waveguide duplexer was designed with the orthogonal quasi-transverse electromagnetic degeneracy mode produced by the resonator. Two centre frequencies of each channel filter were 10 GHz and 10.5 GHz, both bandwidths are 240 MHz, and were simulated by HFSS. At last, the duplexer was manufactured and tested. Results show that the return loss in the passband is about 17 dB, insert loss is under 1.2 dB, and the isolation is above 60 dB, which reach the requirements of the design.
