FeCoB-Co2Z软磁薄膜电磁噪声抑制特性研究

【摘要】 研究了一系列FeCoB-Co2Z软磁薄膜在0.5~5.0 GHz频率范围内的噪声抑制特性,以及Co2Z含量对FeCoB-Co2Z软磁薄膜的反射系数S11、传输系数S21和相对功率损耗PLOSS/PIN的影响,结果表明在0.5~5.0 GHz频率范围内(Fe40Co40B20)0.8915-(Co2Z)0.1085薄膜具有最大的相对功率损耗最大值0.86,同时该薄膜具有优异的噪声抑制特性。进一步研究薄膜尺寸对(Fe40Co40B20)0.8915-(Co2Z)0.1085薄膜相对功率损耗的影响,发现薄膜的相对功率损耗最大值随着薄膜尺寸的增加而增大,这使得将薄膜应用在噪声抑制器上时必须综合考虑薄膜的噪声抑制特性和薄膜尺寸。

【Abstract】 The electromagnetic noise suppression characteristics of a series of FeCoB-Co2Z soft magnetic films were studied in the frequency range from 0.5 GHz to 5.0 GHz. Effects of Co2Z content on the reflection coefficient(S11), the transmission coefficient(S21) and the relative power loss(PLOSS/PIN) of as-deposited FeCoB-Co2Z soft magnetic films were investigated. The results show that the(Fe40Co40B20)0.8915-(Co2Z)0.1085films with excellent electromagnetic noise suppression characteristics have the highest relative power loss maximum of 0.86 during the frequency range from 0.5 GHz to 5.0 GHz. The relative power losses of the(Fe40Co40B20)0.8915-(Co2Z)0.1085films with different sizes were also studied. The result indicates that relative power loss maximum of the films increases along with the size increasing. So comprehensive consideration of the size and the electromagnetic noise suppression characteristics of the films applied in noise suppressor is necessary.
