(1–x)BiFeO3-xBaTiO3(x=0–0.40) ceramics were synthesized by solid state reaction method.The effects of BaTiO3 addition on the microstructure and electrical properties of the BiFeO3 ceramics were investigated.The results show that when x increases from 0 to 0.40,the structure of BiFeO3 is changed from rhombohedral to cubic symmetry and the impurity phases are eliminated,while the leakage current density is decreased from 1.1×10–5 A? cm–2 to 1.1×10–7 A? cm–2.The dielectric constant and remnant polarization for...
