【摘要】 很多地方政府在"十二五规划"中提出了"延长产业链"的发展战略。一个地区的产业链能否在现有产业的基础上得以延长,不仅受到产业关联的影响,而且受生产要素禀赋结构、地理区位等静态比较优势的制约。在数理模型证明的基础上,以绍兴纺织产业的发展为例,对上述理论判断加以验证,并分析了地方政府盲目打造产业链的根源。研究结论认为,延长产业链是有条件的,忽视自身静态比较优势,盲目延长产业链,不仅难以占领价值链高端,而且对区域经济的发展可能产生误导性的后果。更多还原

【Abstract】 In the "12th Five-year Plan",development strategy of "extending industrial chain"was put forward by many local governments.How to elongate industry chain is not only affected by industrial correlation,but also is restricted by static comparative advantage such as regional factor endowment structure.This paper adopted C-P model to make a theoretical analysis of the problem,and verified it with the success or failure of extending textile industrial chain in Shaoxing.Future more,this article analyzed the origin of problem that local governments extended industry chain blindly.The reached conclusion shows that certain conditions are needed to extend industrial chain.If ignoring self comparative advantage,extending industry chain and occupying high-end value chain blindly,misleading consequences may occur.更多还原
