4种中等毒力活疫苗对鸡传染性法氏囊病病毒超强毒株感染的免疫保护作用观察

【摘要】 针对安徽省传染性法氏囊病病毒(IBDV)超强毒株AH01的流行,用4种临床上常用的国内外中等毒力活疫苗分组免疫13日龄的麻黄鸡,于免疫接种后10d用AH01株攻毒,观察各组的临床症状和病理变化,测定法氏囊指数,同时用ELISA检测免疫鸡血清中抗体水平。结果表明,这4种疫苗对超强毒株AH01均有免疫保护效果,但北京的疫苗A的免疫保护效果最好,其次是以色列的疫苗C,南京的疫苗B和马来西亚的疫苗D的免疫保护作用较差。

【Abstract】 To understand the current commercial live vaccine of medium virulences could still protect chickens from vvIBDV AH01 challenges,four live intermediate virulent vaccines A,B,C and D were tested and compared for their protective efficacy in chickens against vvIBDV AH01 strain.The results indicated that four commercial vaccines could effectively protect chickens against AH01 challenge.But the A vaccine from Beijing was the best,the C vaccine from Israel was better,the B vaccine from Nanjing and the D vaccine from Malaysia were weak compared to A and C vaccines.
