【摘要】 针对安徽省传染性法氏囊病病毒(IBDV)超强毒株AH01的流行,用4种临床上常用的国内外中等毒力活疫苗分组免疫13日龄的麻黄鸡,于免疫接种后10d用AH01株攻毒,观察各组的临床症状和病理变化,测定法氏囊指数,同时用ELISA检测免疫鸡血清中抗体水平。结果表明,这4种疫苗对超强毒株AH01均有免疫保护效果,但北京的疫苗A的免疫保护效果最好,其次是以色列的疫苗C,南京的疫苗B和马来西亚的疫苗D的免疫保护作用较差。更多还原

【Abstract】 To understand the current commercial live vaccine of medium virulences could still protect chickens from vvIBDV AH01 challenges,four live intermediate virulent vaccines A,B,C and D were tested and compared for their protective efficacy in chickens against vvIBDV AH01 strain.The results indicated that four commercial vaccines could effectively protect chickens against AH01 challenge.But the A vaccine from Beijing was the best,the C vaccine from Israel was better,the B vaccine from Nanjing and the D vaccine from Malaysia were weak compared to A and C vaccines.更多还原
