氨氮对黄河鲤幼鱼淀粉酶和脂肪酶活性的影响
Effect of Ammonia on Activity of Amylase and Lipase in Carps
【摘要】 研究氨氮对于鲤鱼养殖中的淀粉酶、脂肪酶活性的影响并探讨其机理。选取健康均匀的黄河鲤分为4组,设置氨氮浓度分别为0.071、0.143、0.284mg/L的3个试验组和1个对照组对黄河鲤鱼(Cyprinus carpio)幼鱼进行毒性试验,试验处理14d后取样测定氨氮对鲤鱼肠道和肝胰脏淀粉酶活性影响。低剂量的氨氮提高了肠道和肝胰脏淀粉酶的活性,而对于脂肪酶影响效果不显著。
【Abstract】 The trial was conducted with healthy carps to study the effect of ammonia on the amylase and lipase activity of intestine and liver-pancreas.0.071,0.143,0.284and 0.427mg/L,three ammonia levels with one control group were set to healthy Cyprinus carpiofor research.After 14d,low dose concentration ammonia increased amylase activity of intestine and liver-pancreas significantly.
