【摘要】 为了解青海省部分地区猪群中猪流行性腹泻病毒(PEDV)、猪传染性胃肠炎病毒(TGEV)和猪轮状病毒(RV)导致猪病毒性腹泻疫病的感染情况与发生现状,本研究首次应用RT-PCR方法对2012年采集的青海省部分地区60份伴有腹泻症状的疑似猪病毒性腹泻病毒感染的临床病料进行猪流行性腹泻病毒、猪轮状病毒和猪传染性胃肠炎病毒的检测与分析。结果显示PEDV、RV和TGEV的阳性率分别为76.7%、51.7%和30.0%;总单独感染率为35.0%,各自单独感染率分别为25.0%、8.33%和1.67%;总混合感染率为51.67%,PEDV/RV、PEDV/TGEV、PEDV/RV/TGEV的混合感染率分别为23.33%、8.33%和51.67%,不存在RV/TGEV混合感染型。结果表明,青海省部分地区存在这3种导致猪病毒性腹泻疫病病毒的流行,包括单独感染流行和混合感染流行;单独感染中以PEDV流行为主,混合感染中以PEDV/RV和PEDV/RV/TGEV混合感染流行为主;总混合感染率比总单独感染率高。目前青海省部分地区发生的猪病毒性腹泻以PEDV为主要病因,且PEDV/RV、PEDV/RV/TGEV混合感染现象严重,为该地区猪病毒性腹泻的诊断和防控积累了资料。更多还原

【Abstract】 To understand the infection situation and occurrence of porcine epidemic diarrhea virus(PEDV),porcine rotavirus(RV)and transmissible gastroenteritis virus(TGEV)in some areas of Qinghai province,RT-PCR method was firstly used for detection and analysis of porcine epidemic diarrhea virus,porcine rotavirus and transmissible gastroenteritis virus in 60 clinical samples collected with diarrhea symptoms of suspected clinical disease in some areas of Qinghai Province in 2012.The results showed that the positive rate of PEDV,RV and TGEV were 76.7%,51.7% and 30%,respectiveply.Total single infection rate was 35.0%,single infection rates were 25.0%,8.33%,1.67%,respectiveply.Total mixed infection rate was 51.67%,PEDV/RV,PEDV/TGEV,PEDV/RV/TGEV mixed infection rates were 23.33%,8.33%,51.67%,respectiveply.However,there was no RV/TGEV mixed type infection.The three viruses of porcine viral diarrhea disease were prevalent in some areas of Qinghai province,including single fashion and mixed fashion.Single infection mainly caused by PEDV and mixinfection mainly caused by PEDV/RV and PEDV/RV/TGEV;Genuinely total mixed infection rate is higher than single infection rate.The current swine virus diarrhea in some areas of Qinghai province with a major cause of PEDV,PEDV/RV and PEDV/RV/TGEV single mixed infection phenomenon is serious,which accumulated data for diagnosis and prevention of porcine viral diarrhea in the regions.更多还原
