【摘要】 为中草药组方添加剂在早期断奶仔兔养殖中的推广应用提供理论依据,将65窝经人工授精同期配种的经产母兔所生后代,随机分为13组,每组5窝(每窝1个重复,每窝7只)。Ⅰ组为空白对照组饲喂基础日粮;Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ组为基础日粮加1.0%、1.5%、2.0%组方一中草药超微粉;Ⅴ、Ⅵ、Ⅶ组为基础日粮加1.0%、1.5%、2.0%组方二中草药超微粉;Ⅷ、Ⅸ、Ⅹ组为基础日粮加1.0%、1.5%、2.0%组方三中草药超微粉;Ⅺ、Ⅻ、组为基础日粮加1.0%、1.5%、2.0%组方四中草药超微粉。饲养至35d,测定生长性能、腹泻率和死亡率。结果表明,在采食量方面,组方一和组方四各组均高于对照组(P<0.05);饲料转化率方面,各试验组均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);平均日增重方面,组方一各组和组方四各组极显著高于对照组(P<0.01)。各中草药试验组腹泻率和死亡率均明显低于对照组,效果最好的是组方三的Ⅸ和组方四的Ⅻ、。组方四在提高仔兔生长性能、降低腹泻率和死亡率方面均获得了明显优势,最佳添加量为日粮的1.5%。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to provide theoretical basis for application of herbal preparations in early-weaned baby rabbits,sixty-five litters of offsprings,obtained from multiparous mother rabbits after artificial insemination and synchronization of estrus were randomly divided into 13groups,5litters in each group(7in each litter).GroupⅠ were fed with basic diet(blank control group);group Ⅱ,Ⅲ,Ⅳ were fed with basic diet supplied with herbal preparation one with concentration of 1.0%,1.5%,2.0%;group Ⅴ,Ⅵ,Ⅶ were fed with basic herbal preparation two with concentration of 1.0%,1.5%,2.0%;groupⅧ,Ⅸ,Ⅹ were fed with basic herbal preparation three with concentration of 1.0%,1.5%,2.0%;and groupⅪ,Ⅻ, were fed with basic herbal preparation four with concentration of 1.0%,1.5%,2.0%.Growth performance,diarrhea rate and death rate were determined and calculated on day 35.The feed intake of each group of herbal preparation one to four were significent highly than that of control group(P<0.05),the feed conversion ratio of each herbal preparation group were significent highly than that of control group(P<0.05),the average daily weight gain of each group of herbal preparation one to four were significent highly than that of control group(P<0.01).The diarrhea rate and death rate of herbal preparation groups were significent lower than that of control group,and groupⅨof preparation 3and groupⅫ,of preparation 4got the best results.Herbal preparation group got the best effect on improving growth performance,reducing diarrhea rate and death rate,and the optimal additive dosage was 1.5%.更多还原
