雌激素对充血性心力衰竭大鼠心脏功能的影响

【摘要】 为观察雌激素对大鼠心衰模型的影响,将40只雌性大鼠利用缩窄腹主动脉法制造心衰模型,随机分为手术组20只,手术+雌激素组20只,另取15只雌性大鼠假手术做对照,10周后测量收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP)、左室收缩压(LVSP)、左室舒张末压(LVEDP)、心室内压最大上升速率(+dp/dtmax)、心室内压最大下降速率(-dp/dtmax)、左心室质量指数(LVMI)和胶原含量。结果表明,LVMI、胶原含量各组间差异显著,手术组大于手术+雌激素组;LVSP,LVEDP各手术组与假手术组差异显著,且手术组与手术组+雌激素组间差异亦显著;SBP、DBP、+dp/dtmax、-dp/dtmax各手术组较假手术组低,但两手术组间无显著差异。由此得出雌激素能改善心脏的收缩和舒张功能,延缓心室重构和心衰的发展。

【Abstract】 In order to observe the effect of estrogen on rats with congestive heart failure,40 SD rats were used to establish congestive heart failure(CHF) by constricting abdominal aorta.These rats were divided into 2 groups of 20 individuals each,containing female operated group and estrogen administered female operated group.Another 15 SD female rats were recruited as sham-operated group.After 10 weeks,SBP,DBP,LVSP,LVEDP,±dp/dtmax,LVSP were measured,and the left ventricular weight index(LVMI),left ventricular hydroxyproline content were counted.The result showed that there were significant difference in LVMI and hydroxyproline contents,which were higher in female operated group than that in estrogen administered female operated group.As to LVSP and LVEDP,the difference was significant between two operated groups and sham-operated group,furthermore the significant difference still existed between the female operated group and estrogen administered female operated group.SBP,DBP,+dp/dtmax,-dp/dtmax were lower in all operated groups than that in sham-operated group,and no significant difference among operated groups.The conclusion is that estrogen can improve the systolic and diastolic functions of heart and prevent ventricular remodeling or heart failure progress.
