【摘要】 为探讨两种中药方剂对奶牛感染性腹泻的治疗效果,选择河北省保定市某奶牛场人工感染轮状病毒(RV)和牛病毒性腹病毒(BVDV)的成年牛和犊牛为治疗对象。试验犊牛和成年牛均随机分为治疗组和对照组,各治疗组分别用两种中药方剂进行治疗,采用煎汤灌服,犊牛100g/次～150g/次,成年牛300g/次～500g/次,每天1次,连用3d～5d。对照组按牛场常规使用病毒唑及庆大霉素进行治疗。结果两种中药方剂对犊牛腹泻治愈率为70%～76%,有效率为90%～94%;成年病例治愈率为74%～80%,有效率为92%～96%。两种中药方剂对犊牛及成年牛感染性腹泻治疗效果明显优于临床上常用的抗病毒化药或抗生素(P<0.05)。更多还原

【Abstract】 This experiment was conducted to observe efficacy of prescriptions of Chinese traditional medicines in cows in Baoding Hebei artificially infected with rotavirus(RV) and bovine viral diarrhea virus(BVDV).The calves and adult cows were randomly divided into treatment groups and control groups,respectively.The cows in treatment groups were gavaged with decoctions of two prescriptions of Chinese traditional medicine,respectively,100-150 g/calf every time,300-500 g/adult cow every time,1-2 times daily for 3-5 days.The cows in control groups were treated with ribavirin combined with gentamicin.Result showed that the effective rates of prescriptions of Chinese traditional medicine for calf infectious diarrhea were 90%-94%,and cure rates were 74%-80%.The effective rates of prescriptions for adult cow infectious diarrhea were 92%-96%,and cure rates were 74%-80%.Therapeutic effeets of prescriptions of Chinese traditional medicines for bovine infectious diarrhea were obviously better than that of commonly used clinically antiviral western medicine or antibiotics(P<0.05).更多还原
