宽电压输入多路输出逆变控制开关电源设计

【摘要】 设计并制作了一种基于电流型脉宽调制器UC3845芯片的多路输出反激式开关电源。介绍了逆变电源控制系统对控制电源的特殊要求,分析了开关电源的工作原理,并详细介绍了高频变压器的设计和制作过程。实验结果表明,开关电源的直流输入电压在175~700 V的较宽范围内,都能够稳定输出7路不共地的直流电压。开关电源采用模块化设计,可以将其直接嵌入到不同类型的三相(或单相)逆变控制系统中作为控制电源,使用方便灵活,具有很强的实用性,同时高频变压器的设计思路可为开关电源的设计和制作提供借鉴意义。

【Abstract】 In order to develop a switching power supply used in the control system of inverter, a universal input and multi voltage output flyback switching power supply based on the pulse width modulation(PWM) module UC3845 was developed. Special requirements for a control power supply used in inverter control system were introduced, the working principle of the switching power supply was analyzed,and the design and manufacture of the high frequency transformer were introduced in detail. Experimental results show that 7 not common ground DC voltage outputs can be gained stably while the DC voltage input of the switching power supply is variable widely between 175 and 700 V. Because of the modular design of the switching power supply, it is very convenient, flexible and applicable to be directly used as control power supply embedded in the different kind of single or three phase inverter systems, and the design idea of the high frequency transformer shows the reference significance in the design and manufacture of the switching power supply.
