【摘要】 利用铝在高温下熔融的特点制备了Al/NaCl混合物,并讨论了该混合物在水、碱性和酸性溶液中与水反应产生氢气的能力。研究结果表明,NaCl的溶解增大了铝/水反应的接触面积,提高了氢气生成量。温度的升高加速了NaCl的溶解与铝/水反应,从而缩短诱导期,提高了氢气生成量。NaOH与氧化铝或氢氧化铝生成盐,而消除氧化层,使得铝/水反应的诱导期缩短。在NiCl2溶液中,溶液pH值的降低与Ni/Al微电池的生成都有利于提高氢气生成量。铝/水反应在水和NaOH中的副产物为Al(OH)3,在NiCl2中的产物为Ni。

【Abstract】 Al/NaCl mixture were prepared using the melting of Al. The hydrogen generation of Al/NaCl in water, NaOH and NiCl2 aqueous solution was discussed. The contacted surface area between Al/NaCl and water increased due to the dissolution, which led to the increase of hydrogen generation amount. Increasing temperature, both the induction time and hydrogen generation amount were enhanced. NaOH reacted with the oxide film to form salt, which shorted the induction time of hydrogen generation. The decrease of pH value and the formation of micro-galvanic cell in NiCl2 solution improved hydrogen generation amount. In addition, the byproduct was Al(OH) 3 when Al reacted with H2O and NaOH. It was Ni when Al reacted with NiCl2.
