高原水光柴孤立电网中频率一次调节研究

【摘要】 A电网是极高海拔地区孤立小容量电网,其主要电源是水轮发电机和柴油发电机,因在高原大气条件下难以协调两种发电机运行中的功率分配,后者不参与电网的一次调频,削弱了电网的调频能力,难以应对A电网光伏一期无储能2 MWp接入后的功率扰动。分析了在光照强度短时下降较多的情况下,柴油发电机不参与系统一次调频对A电网稳定性的影响;提出了柴油机参与一次调频后与水轮机间功率协调分配的措施,并进行了仿真计算,结果表明,此举可有效提高A电网的稳定性。

【Abstract】 Ali power grid is an isolated grid with small capacity at high altitude,and the main sources are hydro and diesel generators.The diesel generator does not participate in primary frequency regulation due to the difficulty of coordinating the power allocation of these two kinds of generators at high altitude,thus the frequency regulation capability of the grid is weakened and challenged after the Ali Photovoltaic connected to the grid without energy storage devices.The influence of light intensity change on the stability of Ali grid without the diesel primary frequency regulation was analyzed and the counter measure of the diesel generator primary frequency control was proposed and simulated to improve the frequency stability of Ali grid with Photovoltaic connected.
