空间用氢镍电池低温启动特性研究
Low-temperature start-up characteristic of space NiH2 cell
【摘要】 氢镍蓄电池作为储能电源广泛应用于空间能源领域,氢镍电池在轨工作温度为-15~25℃,环境温度对电池的充放电特性有很大的影响。低温有利于延长电池的循环寿命,但温度过低电池电解液结晶不能正常工作,在-30~-90℃低温环境下对单体电池进行充放电实验,实验结果表明低于-60℃氢镍电池不能正常工作,高于-55℃电池可以工作。
【Abstract】 NiH2 cell as an energy storage device has been widely used in space field.The orbit working temperature of NiH2 cell is-15-25 ℃,but the ambient temperature has great influence on its charge-discharge performance.The lower temperature is propitious to extend the life of the cell,but if the temperature is too low,the electrolyte may be crystallized,and can not work normally.The charge-discharge test was performed on NiH2 cell.The results show that if the temperature is lower than-60 ℃,the cell can not work normally;if the temperature is higher than-55 ℃,the cell can work.
