基于微电脑控制的双向可控硅焊接电源的研究
Study on triac welding power supply based on microcomputer control technology
【摘要】 论述了数字化焊接电源的特点、结构。在分析数字化主控器件的基础上提出了利用微电脑作为焊接电源的主控器件,建立了数字化可控硅气保护焊机的研究模型。试验表明:基于微电脑控制的双向可控硅焊接电源特征因子数值较小、电弧稳定性较好、对焊接规范变化的适应性更强。
【Abstract】 The digital welding power’s characteristics and structure was discussed.Based on the analysis of digital master device,the use of the microcomputer as welding power control devices was proposed,and the digital SCR gas protection welder model was built.The test results show that the test showed that: the triac welding power based on the control of microcomputer have the small characteristics factor value,good arc stability and better adaptation to welding specifications change.
