基于LabVIEW的非相干数字全息实验的设计与实现
Design and implementation of incoherent digital holographic experiments based on LabVIEW
【摘要】 基于菲涅耳非相干相关数字全息术的基本原理,构建了非相干同轴相移数字全息显微成像系统,并针对该系统中需要空间光调制器(SLM)、图像探测器(CCD)、功率计等多种硬件设备协同工作的情形,基于LabVIEW环境开发了该系统的实验控制程序,实现了实验中各设备的智能控制以及数字图像处理和数字全息再现过程的整合.测试结果表明,本文所建立的非相干数字全息显微成像实验系统基础功能完备,并具有友好的人机交互界面,大大简化了用户的操作,使实验过程变得方便快捷,提高了工作效率,并可以有效的减少手动操作引入的实验误差.
【Abstract】 Digital incoherent holography enables holograms to be recorded from incoherent light with just a digital camera and spatial light modulator,and three-dimensional properties of the specimen are revealed after the hologram is reconstructed in the computer.The digital microscopic holography experiment of coaxial phase shift incoherent is designed and implemented based on the principle of Fresnel incoherent correlation holography.An automatic control program is developed based on LabVIEW,which combines the functions of major experimental hardware control and digital reconstruction of the holograms.The experimental results show that our system is high efficient and can reduce the errors which are caused by the shaking of manual operation.The basic functions of the system are completed and a user-friendly interface is provided for easy operation.
