葡甘露聚糖单方、复配膨润土及改性产物的霉菌毒素体外吸附效果

【摘要】 本试验旨在研究葡甘露聚糖单方、复配膨润土及改性产物的霉菌毒素体外吸附效果。通过体外等温吸附试验和解吸试验,研究葡甘露聚糖、葡甘露聚糖与膨润土复合物[二者比例分别为9∶1(组合Ⅰ)、4∶1(组合Ⅱ)、2∶1(组合Ⅲ)和1∶1(组合Ⅳ)]以及乙酸酐改性葡甘露聚糖对黄曲霉毒素B1(AFB1)、玉米赤霉烯酮(ZEN)、脱氧雪腐镰刀菌烯醇(DON)的吸附和解吸作用。结果表明:1)葡甘露聚糖、葡甘露聚糖与膨润土复合物、乙酸酐改性葡甘露聚糖对AFB1、ZEN的等温吸附均符合Langmuir方程,吸附方式为单分子层吸附;所有吸附剂对DON的等温吸附均不符合Freundlich和Langmuir方程。2)pH 2.0时,以组合Ⅳ对AFB1、ZEN的最大吸附量最高,分别为250.00、1 776.00μg/g。pH 8.0时,以组合Ⅳ和组合Ⅲ对AFB1的最大吸附量最高,均为217.39μg/g;组合Ⅳ对ZEN的最大吸附量最高,为1 324.00μg/g;各吸附剂对DON的吸附率均偏低。3)2种pH条件下,组合Ⅳ对AFB1、ZEN的累积解吸率较低。本试验条件下,1∶1的葡甘露聚糖与膨润土复合物对霉菌毒素的吸附效果最好,吸附稳定性最高。

【Abstract】 This experiment was conducted to assess in vitro mycotoxins absorption effects of glucomannan( GM),GM combined with bentonite and modified GM. The adsorption and desorption effects of GM,GM combined with bentonite [ratios were 9∶1( combination Ⅰ),4∶1( combination Ⅱ),2 ∶1( combination Ⅲ) and 1 ∶ 1( combination Ⅳ),receptively] and anhydride modified GM on aflatoxin B 1( AFB 1),zearalenone( ZEN) and deoxynivalenol( DON) by in vitro isothermal adsorption and desorption experiments. The results showed as follows: 1) the isothermal adsorptions of GM,GM combined with bentonite and anhydride modified GM on AFB 1 and ZEN were fitted with Langmuir equation,and the adsorption style was monolayer adsorption,but that on DON was not fitted with Langmuir and Freundlich equations. 2) The maxium adsorption quality( AQ max) on AFB 1( 250. 00 μg /g) and ZEN( 1 776. 00 μg /g) presented in combination Ⅳ at pH 2. 0. The AQ max on AFB 1 presented in combinations Ⅳ and Ⅲ( 217. 39 μg / g) at pH 8. 0. The AQ max on ZEN presented in combination Ⅳ( 1 324. 00 μg / g) at pH 8. 0. The adsorption of different adsorbents on ZEN was very low. 3) The cumulate desorption quality rates of AFB 1 and ZEN in combination Ⅳ were lower than those in other combinations both at pH 2. 0 and 8. 0. Under conditions in the present study,GM combined with bentonite at 1 ∶ 1 shows the best mycotoxins adsorption effects and adsorption stability.
