辽宁绒山羊常用粗饲料苜蓿和羊草间饲料组合效应
Combination Effects between Regular Roughages of Alfalfa Hay and Chinese Wildrye in Liaoning Cashmere Goats
【摘要】 本试验旨在研究辽宁绒山羊常用粗饲料苜蓿(AH)、羊草(CW)间饲料组合效应。试验采用单因子试验设计,利用体外产气法评价苜蓿和羊草比例为20∶80(AH20∶CW80)、40∶60(AH40∶CW60)、60∶40(AH60∶CW40)和80∶20(AH80∶CW20)4种情况下的组合效应,测定发酵4、8、12、24、48、72 h的累积产气量、微生物蛋白(M CP)和挥发性脂肪酸(VFA)产量、pH的变化及这些指标的单项组合效应值和多项组合效应值(MFAEI)。结果表明:AH80∶CW20组的各时间点累积产气量显著高于其余各组(P<0.05);从VFA产量来看,AH80∶CW20组和AH60∶CW40组要高于AH40∶CW60组和AH20∶CW80组;AH80∶CW20组和AH60∶CW40组的M CP产量在0.70~0.79 mg/mL,AH40∶CW60组和AH20∶CW80组的M CP产量在0.85~1.11 mg/mL;利用M FAEI对各组合的综合评定结果表明,AH60∶CW40组M FAEI最高为0.090 3。综上所述,饲喂辽宁绒山羊苜蓿和羊草的最佳组合配比为60∶40。
【Abstract】 In order to overall evaluate the Combination effects between alfalfa hay(AH) and Chinese wildrye(CW),an in vitro gas production test was used,and the combination ratios were by 20∶80(AH20∶CW80),40∶60(AH40∶ CW60),60∶40(AH60∶ CW40) and 80∶20(AH80∶ CW20),respectively.The changes of accumulated gas production,microbial protein(M CP) production,volatile fat acids(VFA) and pH and their single factor associative effects index(SFAEI) and multiply factors associative effects index(M FAEI) were determined after 4,8,12,24 and 48 h of in vitro fermentation.The results showed as follows: the accumulated gas production of AH80∶ CW20 group was significantly higher than that of the other groups(P < 0.05);the VFA production of AH80 ∶ CW20 and AH60 ∶ CW40 groups was higher than that of AH40 ∶ C60 and AH20∶ CW80 groups;the M CP production of AH80 ∶ CW20 and AH60 ∶ CW40 groups ranged from 0.70 to 0.79 mg /5mL,while that of AH40∶ CW60 and AH20∶ CW80 groups ranged from 0.85 to 1.11 mg / mL;the results of M FAEI for each combination indicated that the MFAEI of AH60 ∶ CW40 group(0.090 3) was the highest.In conclusion,the optimal combination ratio for AH and CW is 40∶60.
