【Abstract】 Toll-like receptors(TLRs) are important pattern recognition receptors(PRRs) on the surface of cell in the innate immune system.Probiotics play an important role in animal immune system.This article presents a brief overview of types of TLRs,ligand and signal transduction pathways.Moreover,the relationship between TLRs signal pathway and immune roles of probiotics,and immune effects of probiotics are showed in this review.更多还原
