探测线圈法超导线材交流损耗测量系统

【摘要】 本文介绍了探测线圈法测量液氦温度下处于横向交变磁场中实用复合超导线材全交流损耗的测量系统的研发.基于IEC 61788-8标准,在前期研制完成符合标准均匀度要求的交流超导磁体基础上,设计,加工了探测线圈,补偿线圈,补偿电路和数据采集处理系统.在液氦温度下,采用铅试样对该测量系统进行了标定;同时采用SQUID对同样铅试样进行了测量,两种方法测量结果吻合.测量系统满足复合超导线材交流损耗测量标准IEC61788-8的要求,对于我国探测线圈法测量复合超导线材交流损耗标准的发布实施具有重要参考意义.

【Abstract】 The total AC loss measurement system of composite superconducting wires exposed to a transverse alternative magnetic field at liquid helium temperature by a pick-up method was introduced.According to international standard IEC 61788-8,design and fabrication of pick-up coil,compensation coil,compensation circuit,system of acquisition and processing data after an AC superconducting magnet which satisfies the requirements of IEC 61788-8 was successfully finished at early stage.At liquid helium temperature,the measurement system was calibrated by lead specimen;simultaneously,the same lead specimen was measured by SQUID at the helium temperature.Consequently,the measurement result by pick-up coil method is good agreement with that measured by SQUID.It is indicated that the measurement system satisfies the requirements of total AC loss measurement standard of composite superconducting wires,which has significant references for release and implementation of AC loss measurement standard of practical composite superconducting wires by pick-up coil method.
