氘氚冷冻靶渗透室设计与实验

【摘要】 根据塑料靶丸高压渗透充气及冷冻的需求,设计了一套用于氘氚冷冻靶高压渗透充气的渗透室。渗透室采用双锥面密封结构,采用高压氦气驱动波纹管变形压紧渗透室实现密封,采用无氧铜做为密封材料,工作温度范围10—300 K,工作压力0—150 MPa。渗透室加工组装完成之后,进行了常温高压(0—150 MPa)、低温(20 K)承压检漏实验。实验表明,在经过多次高压循环之后,渗透室结构完好,无明显塑性变形,密封漏率满足使用要求。

【Abstract】 In order to meet the need of filling and freezing of plastic targets,a permeation cell was designed for deuterium and tritium filling by permeation method.The permeation cell adopts double cone sealing structure and use high-pressure helium bellows to force the cell body downward to the oxygen-free copper plug to achieve seal,operating at 10—300 K and 0—150 MPa.After permeation cell was processed and assembled,the strict leakage tests at high pressure,room temperature and low temperature were done,which validating the leakage rate meet the sealing requirement.
