针对极重度听觉损伤患者的骨传导测试研究

【摘要】 针对极重度听觉损伤患者,设计了一套骨导测试方案,对他们进行骨导听阈范围和骨导可懂度两个方面的测试。骨导听阈测试结果个体差异比较大;骨导可懂度测试结果是经过语训的词语,对语训老师的录音词语平均识别率90%明显高于笔者的录音词语平均识别率59%,说明语训对于他们的语言可懂度的提高是非常重要的。

【Abstract】 For the profoundly hearing damaged patients,a bone-conduction testing plan is supposed to test the bone-conduction auditory threshold and bone-conduction intelligibility.The testing result of the bone-conduction auditory threshold is individual differences.The testing result of the bone-conduction intelligibility is,that the words after speech training,the voice from their speech-training teacher,the patients’ average discrimination is 90%,which is higher than 59%,which is the average discrimination of the voice from author.The result illustrates that speech training is very important for the profoundly hearing damaged patients.
