门式钢管脚手架稳定承载力计算方法
CALCULATING METHODS OF THE STABILITY BEARING CAPACITY OF FRAME SCAFFOLDING WITH STEEL TUBES
【摘要】 门式钢管脚手架作为一种临时结构,其计算方法应保证结构安全可靠,且便于施工单位应用。现行规范中对脚手架稳定性计算的方法过于笼统,将所有影响因素转化为立杆长度调整系数k考虑,对同一高度脚手架采用同一调整系数。文中在试验研究及理论分析的基础上,对规范中的计算公式进行修正,对不同搭设条件下的脚手架采用不同的计算长度系数,并考虑脚手架的工作条件,采用结构抗力调整系数对立杆计算长度进行调整,进而提出一种门式钢管脚手架稳定性的实用计算方法以供参考,最后通过一个算例来说明公式的应用。
【Abstract】 The calculating method of the stability capacity of frame scaffolding with steel tubes should guarantee the structure’s safety and make its application convenient in construction.However,the calculating method presented in the current code is not very precise,it converts all the influence factors of the stability capacity into the length adjustment coefficient of the vertical bar and adopts the same adjustment coefficients for frame scaffoldings of the same height.This paper is based on the results of experimental study and theoretical analysis,modifies the calculating formulas presented in the code.It takes all the influence factors of the stability capacity into consideration comprehensively and adopts different effective length factors for frame scaffoldings constructed in different conditions.Moreover,the adjustment coefficient of structure resistance which considers the working conditions of frame scaffoldings is adopted to adjust the effective length.Finally,a practical calculating method of stability capacity of frame scaffoldings is proposed for reference.
