基于IEC61850在线式防误测控装置设计与实现

【摘要】 传统变电站中防误装置与后台计算机监控系统分离发展,为实际的运行检修带来诸多弊端。从而引出了一种基于IEC61850协议的在线式防误测控装置技术。在测控装置基础上设计开发出一个防误处理模块,并给出了该模块的设计方案以及整体框架,重点介绍了该模块的实现细节以及相应方法。通过变电站的使用,表明该方案在现场运行以及检修中具有高可靠性以及易用性。

【Abstract】 As the anti-misoperation device and the monitor system grows apart in the traditional substation, which would lead to evils of many different kinds in operation and maintenance. The advantage and necessity of developing the online anti-misoperation measurement and control unit based on IEC-61850 has been drown forth. The anti-misoperation module has been realized on the base of the measurement & control unit, the design scheme and framework of the module has been described. Meanwhile, the paper emphatically introduces the implementation detail and approach about the anti-misoperation module. Through the result of using in the Jinxi substation shows that this scheme has high reliability and accessibility in operation and maintenance.
