基于磁耦合谐振无线能量传输系统传输效率的研究

【摘要】 磁耦合谐振无线能量传输技术是一种近几年才被提出的前沿技术,它适合于中等距离上电能的无线传递。本文基于空间两空心线圈的互感耦合模型,从电路角度推导了PSSS系统传输效率的表达式,通过MathCAD计算软件分析了系统传输效率关于电源频率、副边负载、空间线圈距离的关系。再通过设计一组空心密绕型线圈,用SP1651功率信号发生器做电源,对传输效率的理论分析进行验证,实验结果验证了理论分析的正确性。最后在以上分析的基础上,设计制作了基于L6599半桥逆变的PSSS无线能量传输装置;该装置谐振频率93.79khz,传输功率15W,传输效率达到87.1%。

【Abstract】 Magnetic coupling resonance wireless energy transmission technology is a kind of the technology frontier that has been proposed in recent years, it is suitable for power wireless transmission in medium distance. In this paper, transmission mechanism based on the two air core coil of loose coupling mutual inductance model, the transmission efficiency expression of PSSS system was obtained from the circuit analysis. Through the MathCAD calculation software, the relationship among system transmission efficiency, frequency, secondary load and coupling coefficient was researched. Then through the design air core coils, with SP1651 power signal generator as power supply to verify the transmission efficiency theory, and the experimental results demonstrate the theory. Finally, PSSS of wireless energy transmission device based on L6599 half bridge inverter was design. The device resonance frequency 93.79 kHz, transmission power 15 w, transmission efficiency 87.1%.
