【摘要】 介绍一种基于双MCU的安全光幕软硬件设计方案,实现了传统安全光幕检测给定区域有无物体的功能,还加入了对关键模块故障检测的功能,并采用双路检测与安全输出机制,加强光幕工作的可靠性。该系统主要由红外发射模块、红外接收模块、安全输出模块组成,整个系统在ICCAVR及AVRStudio环境下设计,采用Atmel的ATmega32型AVR芯片设计实现,系统响应时间快,可靠性高,满足高精度、高速度、高可靠性的设计要求。

【Abstract】 This paper introduces a software and hardware design of safety light curtain based on double MCU and realizes function which can detect whether objects exist in a given area.Fault detection function for key modules is added.Dual way detection and safety output mechanism are used to ensure reliability of the curtain.The system is mainly composed of infrared transmitting module,infrared receiving module and safety output module and is designed in ICCAVR and AVRStudio environment.It is designed and implemented with Atmel ATmega32 AVR chip.The system has fast response time and high reliability,meets the design requirements of high precision,high speed and high reliability.
