【摘要】 作为冷战后世界舞台上唯一的超级大国,美国全球战略的转变必然是复杂因素综合作用的结果。本文运用层次分析法,从世界经济政治格局的嬗变、中美互动进程中美国对中国崛起的认知与反应,以及美国国内正面临越来越严峻的发展困境等三个层面入手,透析美国政府"重返亚太"战略的主要原因。研究认为,奥巴马政府"重返亚太"战略首先是美国执政当局对亚太经济崛起所引致的世界经济政治格局现实和潜在嬗变的客观反应,而美国国内面临的日趋严峻的发展困境则加剧了实施战略调整的紧迫感,当然"中国因素"无疑也成为其"重返"亚太的原因之一。更多还原

【Abstract】 After the Cold War,as the only superpower in the world,the transformation of the United States global strategy is the result of complex factors.This article uses Analytic Hierarchy Process to explore the main attributions of the U.S.government’s strategy of "returning to Asia-Pacific" from three levels: the evolution of the world economic and political pattern,the U.S.cognition and reaction to China’s rise in the process of the interaction between the U.S.and China,and the more and more severe domestic dilemma the U.S.is facing.The article suggests that Obama Administration’s strategy of "Returning to Asia-Pacific" is the objective response to the reality and potential changes of the world economic and political pattern which is caused by Asia-Pacific economic rise,and the domestic dilemma has exacerbated the urgency of the U.S.strategic adjustment.Undoubtedly,"China factors" is one of the attributions of the "returning" too.更多还原
