【Abstract】 Federation of Malaya plan is proposed by the British colonial authorities in December 1946,which is a alternatives for the Malayan Union Plan. The plan re-establishes the privileged position of the Malays,the British authorities preserves the British colonial temporarily interests at the expense of the equal civil rights of non-Malays in Malaysian political compromise. The Federation of Malaya Plan is a historical retrogression,it was opposed by the Chinese and other non-Malays.
