【摘要】 形成合理的商业模式是现代企业获得持续竞争优势的必要条件。由于其结构的复杂性和影响因素的高度不确定性,商业模式创新只能是一个逐步试错—学习的实验过程,企业领导者在其中发挥着不可替代的关键作用。本文采用扎根理论方法,对该实验创新的过程特征进行实证分析,并将Giddens结构理论框架应用于领导者行为研究,归纳出三类实验过程中的领导角色,据此提出推进商业模式实验创新的领导模式设计与评估方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Good business model is a necessary condition for modern companies to gain sustainable competitive advantages.Its complexity of structure and considerable uncertainty of influence factors determine that business model innovation(BMI) cannot be anything but a trial and error learning process,during which business leaders play an critical role.Drawing on the grounded theory,this paper makes an empirical analysis of the characteristics of innovation process.Beside,it summarizes the leaders’ roles in three kinds of experimental process with application of Giddens structuration theory to the study of leadership.It also suggests how to design and evaluate leadership model so as to promote the experimental innovation of business models.更多还原
