气隙模型局部放电与油中产气量的相关分析

【摘要】 针对油纸绝缘变压器实际运行故障与油中溶解气体的相互关系,在实验室搭建了模拟变压器局部放电实验平台,研究了气隙放电的发展特征,利用主成分分析方法从29个局放统计算子中提取出6个独立的主成分因子,采用相关分析方法统计得出了变压器油中局部放电产生的6种溶解气体含量与6个局放主成分因子线性相关,为变压器油纸绝缘故障诊断提供了判断依据。

【Abstract】 The paper designs a simulation experiment system for partial discharge in transformer in laboratory. The relationship between the gases dissolved in oil and transformer fault is explored,and air gap discharge and its development characteristics are studied. Through major-content method,six major factors are selected from the above 29 statistic operators. And the six major factors are independent with each other. Results show that there is a linear relationship between six kinds of gas and six major factors by correlation analysis method. The method provides a practice criterion for diagnosis of transformer oil-paper insulation fault.
