【摘要】 城市农民工思想政治工作是党和政府工作的重要组成部分,是弱势群体社会支持、精神解困、化解矛盾,降低社会风险的重要手段,事关社会和谐稳定,长治久安。在抽样调查的基础上,结合文献研究,提出了加强和改进农民工思想政治工作的对策、建议:即解决认识问题,抓好队伍建设,建立工作制度,加大人力、物力、财力投入,完善保障制度,强化宣传以营造氛围,动员社会参与以扩大覆盖面,联系实际以增强针对性和实效性,依托基层社区着力推进。更多还原

【Abstract】 The ideological and political work for urban peasant workers is a significant work of the Party and the government.It is an important means for the vulnerable group to acquire social support,to eliminate spiritual poverty,to solve conflicts and to reduce social risk,and therefore it is related to the stability and harmony of the society.Based on the sampling survey and literature research,this article initiates some strategies and suggestions on reinforcing and improving the ideological and political work for the urban peasant workers.It proposes to resolve cognitive problems,stress team construction,establish working mechanism,increase the input of human,material and financial resources,improve security system,enhance publicity and create a positive atmosphere,enlarge public involvement,strengthen pertinence and effectiveness,and to promote through the efforts of grassroots communities.更多还原
