无碳小车结构设计与分析
Structure Design and Analysis of Carbon-free Cars
【摘要】 以第二届全国大学生工程能力综合训练竞赛"无碳小车"为基础,结合机械原理、机械设计的理论知识,设计了3个可以自动绕过障碍的小车,主要是传动和转向机构设计;借助工程计算软件Matlab对不同结构的小车轨迹进行了精确的仿真计算,确定了各结构参数对轨迹的影响;最后用三维造型软件Pro/E对小车进行了整车造型。将机构设计与计算机辅助工程灵活地结合起来,为机械结构创新设计提供了有利的借鉴。
【Abstract】 Based on the 2nd national college students’ engineering and comprehensive training ability competition named "Carbon-free Car",the paper designs three kinds of cars combined with the knowledge of the mechanical theory and design. The three cars have appropriate steering structure so that they can automatically turn around to avoid the obstacles.Their paths are calculated and simulated by the computer-aided design engineering software Matlab so as to determine the parameters which affect the paths. Finally,the whole cars are modelled by 3 D modelling software Pro/E. Combining structure design and CAE together flexibly,these designs provide a useful reference for innovative design of mechanical structure.
