【Abstract】 Problems concerning human resources development and management during the transformation of resources-oriented cities in Liaoning province are discussed.The following are some solutions to the problems.Government should emphasize the development plan of urban industry and help laid-off workers hold positive attitude towards job seeking and have correct concept of entrepreneurship,enhance re-employment training for laid-off workers,offer them preferential policies for entrepreneurship,export human resources through various ways,and draw up relevant personnel training policies,etc.更多还原
