【摘要】 发展产业集群是持续促进民族地区经济发展的重要战略,也是吸引FDI发展特色外向型产业集群的必要路径选择之一。对有关外向型产业集群国内外研究进行了评述,阐明了民族地区需要发展以外商投资企业为核心的特色外向型产业集群,促进其积极持续发展的观点,并从加强软环境建设和选择对FDI有吸引力的"增长极"两个方面,提出吸引FDI促进民族地区特色外向型产业集群发展的对策与建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 Developing industrial cluster is an important strategy for the economic development of minority-inhabited areas and a necessary approach to attracting FDI to develop featured extroversion industrial cluster.The paper studies researches on extroversion industrial cluster conducted both at home and abroad and presents the view that minority areas should develop feature-oriented extroversion industrial cluster by FDI to promote the sustainable development of these areas.Proposals and measures such as strengthening the construction of soft environment and choosing appealing ’increasing points’ for FDI are also provided.更多还原
