基于Solidworks的圆体成形车刀设计

【摘要】 针对成形车刀设计周期长、工作量大、设计精度较低等特点,采用计算机辅助设计的方法,根据工件的形状对刀具进行廓形计算,计算结果再用solidworks进行刀具三维造型设计,并给出了应用实例。该设计方法简化了设计过程,提高了设计效率和设计精度,并且方便了对圆体成形车刀设计结果的修改。

【Abstract】 According to its characteristics such as long design cycle,big workload and low design accuracy,in this paper we introduce a design method of formed turning tool which adopts computer-assisted technology to calculate the profile of cutting tool based on the shape of the workpiece.The calculation results are used to form the three dimensional modelling by Solidwork.An example of designing process is provided.This method simplifies the designing process and enhances the designing efficiency and accuracy.Morever,it facilities the modification of the designing results of cylindric forming tool.
