【Abstract】 In order to give quick response to incidents of dangerous goods,and achieve the dynamic accident monitoring and real-time decision-making,the design of the emergency management system for ship borne dangerous goods is put forward combining with the characteristics of ship borne trade.Key modules of the ship borne dangerous goods emergency decision system are introduced,such as chemicals query system,the reactivity prediction system and emergency decision generation module.Practical application shows that the system plays a security role for maritime dangerous goods management and transportation.更多还原
