基于转子初始位置检测的无传感器控制技术
The Technologies of Sensorless Control Strategy Based on Rotor Initial Position Detection
【摘要】 对永磁同步电机的无传感器控制技术进行研究。针对现有转子初始位置检测方法存在的问题,提出使用三相两相混合导通法进行转子初始位置检测的理论。仿真分析验证其正确性后,进行了现场实验。最终证明所提出的三相两相混合导通法不仅能快速有效地检测出转子初始位置,而且估计误差在±15°电角度以内,同时成本低、易实施,满足直驱永磁风力发电机起动要求,可应用于现场。
【Abstract】 The technology of sensorless control of permanent magnet synchronous motor is studied.In view of the existing problems of the initial rotor position detection method,three-phase two-phase hybrid conduction method for the rotor initial position detection theory is put forward.After simulation verified its correctness,field experiments are done in experiment platform.Finally,the proposed three-phase two-phase hybrid conduction method is verified that it could detect the rotor initial position quickly and efficiently,and estimation error is the plus or minus 15° electrical angle, at the same time,it has low cost,and is easy to implement,satisfies the requirement of direct-drive permanent magnet wind turbine starter,then it can be used in the field.
