【摘要】 目的:探索社区卫生服务中心主动提供艾滋病检测咨询以及与社会小组(CBO)合作动员男男性接触者到社区检测的工作模式。方法:选取五家社区卫生服务中心,组织医务人员对前来就诊的有高危险行为的人群和CBO转介来的男男性接触者主动提供艾滋病检测和咨询。结果:医务人员共主动提供艾滋病检测7701人,发现阳性者10例,阳性率0.13%,CBO动员检测552人,发现阳性7人,阳性率1.27%。结论:在社区卫生服务中心开展主动提供艾滋病检测咨询工作是可行的。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To explore work model that the Community Health Center initiatived to provide HIV testing and counseling and CBO mobilized MSM to community to test HIV, as well as to provide a basis for the study of the development of the city’s AIDS policy. Methods: In selected five community health service centers, the medical staff afforded PITC for those who had high-risk behaviors and MSM interfered by CBO. Results: Medical staffs tested HIV for 7701 clients, among them 10 cases were positive. The positive rate was 0.13%.CBO mobilized 552 MSM testing HIV, among them 7 cases was positive. The positive rate was 1.27%.Conclusion: It was feasible that institutions carry out PITC in the community health service centers.更多还原
