【摘要】 目的:探讨益气通络胶囊治疗糖尿病合并冠心病心绞痛的临床疗效。方法:入选病例均为2011年8月~2012年10月在我院内分泌科诊治的52例糖尿病合并冠心病心绞痛患者,随机分对照组和治疗组。对照组采用西医常规治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上加上益气通络胶囊治疗,连续用药2个月。比较2组的临床效果、糖化血红蛋白、血脂水平。结果:治疗组的临床疗效、糖化血红蛋白、血脂显著优于对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论:益气通络胶囊对于糖尿病合并冠心病心绞痛患者有较好的治疗效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the curative effect of YQTL capsule on diabetic coronary heart disease and angina. Methods: 52 cases from the department of the Endocrine of diabetic coronary heart disease and angina in our hospital in Aug, 2011-Oct, 2012 were randomly divided into control group and treatment group. The control group was given conventional therapy, and the treatment group add to YQTL capsule in the above of treatments.Both groups were treatment for 2 months. Then observed both groups the clinical effect, HbA1c and the level of Blood lipids. Results: After treatment,the clinical efficacy, HbA1c and the level of Blood lipids of the treatment group was significantly superior to the control group(P<0.05 or P<0.01).Conclusion: YQTL capsule in treatment of diabetic coronary heart disease and angina is very good.更多还原
